1)"Bill Me" option allows you to mail in your payment and includes a monthly paper invoice. These accounts are subject to credit approval.
2)"Auto Pay" monthly with credit card and online invoice.
3) "Auto Pay" monthly with credit card with a paper invoice mailed directly to your physical address.
To receive a paper invoice in the mail a monthly fee of $1.99 will apply in any month where usage is lower than $20. All customers have access to the online account management system regardless of how they pay.
It takes about 5 business days to have your long distance switched to Pioneer. The is primarily based on how long it takes your local phone company to process the change order.
